Not long after I bought it I had an issue with my battery. They not only checked my car, they offered a valued and honest solution.... while taking time out of the staff's day to help. All with a pleasant nature. This validated that I am in good hands when dealing with this dealership. They supplied me with the use of their personal battery charger as a solution with good faith I would return the equipment to them next day. Second, I had a question about something I was hearing, so they sent it off to a different garage to have it checked out, then did not charge me any extra for that look about even though it took the vehicle off their lot for two days...
