Chuck Ryan is the founder and heart of Chuck Ryan Cars, bringing more than 65 years of experience in the automotive industry. He began his journey at just 15 years old running a used car lot, later advancing through new car dealerships where he served as a General Sales Manager for many years. In June of 1975, Chuck opened Chuck Ryan Cars in Long Beach with a vision built on hard work, honesty, and community. More than 50 years and over 18,000 vehicles later, Chuck still loves coming to work every day, and retirement is the last thing on his mind.

Kelle Ryan Parker - General Manager

Kelle is Chuck's daughter and has been part of Chuck Ryan Cars since she was a little girl, officially joining the family business in 2009. As General Manager, she's the powerhouse behind the day-to-day operation of the dealership, but she's also the person who makes our team feel like a family. A lifelong Long Beach girl, Kelle seems to know just about everybody in town, and just about everybody knows her. She learned the car business from her dad, and today the two still work hand in hand.

Michelle Ryan Blackmon - Marketing Strategy Manager

Michelle is Chuck’s daughter and has worked at Chuck Ryan Cars since 2020. She handles CRC’s marketing, including our website, social media, advertising and online presence. Having grown up around the car lot, Michelle is proud of her family and loves getting to tell the CRC story and share what makes the family business special.

Vicki Stanton - Front Office Manager

Vicki is our go-to for just about everything at Chuck Ryan Cars. With 40+ years of managerial experience, she handles the tough tasks, works directly with insurance companies, and helps our team run smoothly. She keeps us all on our toes and is truly the heart of our dealership family.

Alejandra Morin - Sales

Alejandra “Ale” is part of our sales team at Chuck Ryan Cars and is bilingual in English and Spanish. She works closely with all of our customers to make the car-buying experience comfortable and stress-free. Known for her sweet and welcoming personality, Ale is loved by customers and coworkers alike. And if you want to get her talking, just mention Harry Potter.

Ivonne Rios - Bookkeeper

Ivonne has been with Chuck Ryan Cars since 2021 and serves as our bookkeeper. She handles the numbers and paperwork that keep the financial side of the dealership organized. Ivonne is bilingual in English and Spanish and is known around CRC for her sweet soul and kind heart, making her a joy to work with.

Amy Spears - Title Clerk

Amy joined Chuck Ryan Cars in 2020 and handles our title and tag work. As our title clerk, she has a talent for sorting through even the most complicated paperwork and making sure everything gets where it needs to go. Her cheerful personality and welcoming smile always brighten the office when she's here.

Freeman Johnson - Reconditioning Technician

Freeman has been part of Chuck Ryan Cars for many years and is truly part of the CRC family. He reconditions vehicles, handles small repairs, and helps make sure they're ready for our customers. He's one of the people we rely on to keep things taken care of around the lot.

Michael Podlin - Lot Attendant
